This page is a resource for mental health and wellness, providing recommendations to comment to campus services as well as connecting members to national resources for crisis support, mental health, substance use, and overall well-being.

National Suicide & Crisis Help Line
If you or someone you know is thinking about suicide, you are not alone and help is available. Please call or text 988, the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, to connect with trained counselors who are there to listen and support you 24/7. You deserve care, understanding, and support, don’t hesitate to reach out.

For any immediate danger or emergency, always call 9-1-1.

Campus Resources
If you’re looking for support on campus, there are many resources available to help you succeed and feel supported. Most colleges offer services like Counseling or Wellness Centers, Health Services, Academic Advising, and Title IX or Student Support offices. You can usually find these by visiting your school’s website and searching terms like “counseling services,” “student wellness,” “health center,” or “campus resources.”

If you’re not sure where to start, consider reaching out to a trusted faculty member, advisor, or student leader—they can often point you in the right direction. Many campuses also have peer support programs, cultural centers, and student organizations that provide community and guidance.

Seeking support is a strong and important step—don’t hesitate to explore the resources available to you.
