The National Office is comprised of the National Executive Board, the National Committee and Regional Boards. General information, requests, etc. can be emailed to the National Office at nationaloffice@alphapsilambda.net or submitted through the Contact Us page.

National Executive Board
The National Executive Board serves as the main administrative body of Alpha Psi Lambda National, Inc. These officers are responsible for the overall management of the Fraternity and provides services that include: support and expansion of collegiate Chapters; training and development of membership; building of alumni networks and fostering relationships with Universities and the Fraternity/Sorority community.

Michelle has been volunteering with the National Office since 1999 in various capacities. She has previously served the National Office as an Expansion Committee Member, Chapter Director, Executive Vice President (formerly Vice President), Vice President of Expansion and National President (2007-2018).
Michelle received her Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language & Literature from Northern Illinois University in 1997. She currently works as a Director of Program Test Management in Des Plaines, Illinois.

Gil holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Child Advocacy from Northeastern Illinois University, with a strong commitment to supporting at-risk youth and families through education and social services. His professional journey has been rooted in creating impactful enrichment programs, particularly before and after school, that foster growth, stability, and opportunity for underserved communities.Since 2013, Gil has been deeply involved with Alpha Psi Lambda National, Inc. He served as Vice President of Expansion from 2016 to 2018 and contributed to the successful launch of the Alpha Xi, Alpha Psi, and Beta Beta chapters as a member of three expansion committees. Throughout his time as a national volunteer, he also held several key roles, including Associate Member Educator (AME), Parent, Chapter Director, and AME Coach—demonstrating his dedication to mentorship, leadership development, and organizational growth.

Yaxeni graduated from Western Illinois University with a Foreign Languages and Cultures Degree and a minor in English. She has her ECE credentials.
Yaxeni served as her chapter's secretary throughout her undergrad years. She has also helped with the expansion of the University of Wisconsin Madison.

Victor A. Jimenez brings nearly a decade of dedicated service to the fraternity. Since his crossover, Victor has exemplified leadership and commitment, serving as AME and president during his undergraduate years, and continuing his involvement as National Parliamentarian and Alpha Epsilon Chapter Director post-graduation.He earned his Bachelor’s in Communication from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and co-founded the Alpha Epsilon chapter of Alpha Psi Lambda.
Professionally, Victor works for the Michigan League of Conservation Voters, and over his career on issue-based campaigns, he has made a significant impact on the political landscape in Michigan. His experience includes onboarding, training, and managing large teams, handling complex and sensitive situations, and upholding high standards of conduct and policy adherence.

David Ramirez

University of Houston - Downtown Affiliate Chapter Founder

David obtained his bachelor of arts from the University of Houston-Downtown, where he dedicated his time outside the classroom to enhancing the collegiate experience for first-generation college students as a mentor. Currently, he is pursuing his Masters of Public Administration at the Hobby School of Public Affairs from the University of Houston, with an anticipated graduation in the Spring of 2026.David is no stranger to A-Psi leadership! He was the captain of the founding line of the UHD Affiliate Chapter and became a national volunteer upon gaining his active alumni status, now a Lifetime Alumni Member. David has served as the Chapter Director for the UHD Affiliate Chapter while also participating in multiple national committees, such as the 40-Year Anniversary Committee and the Expansion Committee for the GSW Affiliate Chapter. David has also assisted the previous VP of Expansion, allowing him to prepare for the journey ahead.

Onix has served as Vice President of Alumni Affairs since May 2023.
She received her Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Science in Communication from Northwestern University. As an undergraduate, Onix served as Beta Chapter President, Order of Omega President, and United Greek Council VP of Standards. She also worked part-time at the university’s Fraternity & Sorority Affairs office.
Currently, Onix is a program manager at a national non-profit within its Alumni Engagement Team, which supports 10K Black, Latinx, and Native American alumni.

Eric Mendoza

Eric Mendoza is a lifetime member of Alpha Psi Lambda who has served since 2021 in roles including Chapter Director, Regional Director, and Texas Alumni Club Treasurer. He holds three bachelor’s degrees in Entrepreneurship, Management & Business Law, and Philosophy from Bradley University and a master’s in Foresight from the University of Houston.Professionally, Eric is the Chief of Staff and Head of Client Relations at Intelligent Partnerships, where he leads operations, compliance, and strategic initiatives between government, labor, and business partners. He also contributes to the Foresight Inside Group, a nonprofit think tank that supports Fortune 500 companies with strategic foresight planning and innovation.

Alpha Tau Chapter - Spring 2021
Tyler graduated & earned his Bachelor of Science in Allied Health Sciences from Nicholls State University in 2020 and is currently pursuing his M.Ed. Along with serving as National Parliamentarian, he also serves as Chapter Director for the Alpha Tau Chapter. When asked to share why he decided to serve Alpha Psi Lambda at the National level, "...because I believed that it was important to give back to the Familia that gave so many great memories, experiences, and friends to me. The continued growth and success of our Familia is of the utmost importance to me. I look forward to serving our Fraternity and helping my hermanos y hermanas succeed across all states and chapters!"
Currently, Tyler works as a Graduate Assistant in the office of admissions at Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, LA while also serving as Student Body President.
