2026 National Convention

Join us June 5th through the 7th, 2026 in Houston, Texas for a weekend of Fraternity legislation, leadership development and networking events!

Overview

Register for National Convention by Wednesday, April 1, 2026.
Payments are due by May 1, 2026.

Packages

• $115 - Gold & White Package - All weekend, Friday to Sunday
• $100 - Gold Rose Package - Friday & Saturday
• $90 - Jaguar Package - Saturday & Sunday
• $75 - Palm Tree Package - Saturday Only

The Registration Form is available on GreekTrack. Each individual should submit their own registratoin form.

Payments
All Chapters, Voting Alumni Clubs, Active Alumni Membership, NEB officers and past presidents will receive an invoice via GreekTrack for their delegates. Non-delegtes will receive an invoice based on their Registration Form selection.

The fee may be paid via GreekTrack (card, bank transfer) or Zelle to finance@alphapsilambda.org

National House of Delegates
The National House of Delegates will be held on Saturday, June 6th. All active chapters are required to send two delegatese, inactive/affiliate chapters are required to send one delegate. Chapters not attending will be fined $250.

Hotel Room Block
The National Office has reserved 20 rooms at the Springhill Suites Houston Downtown Convention Center (details on bottom of the page).  All collegiate chapters are expected to stay at the hotel unless they have local members or family they can stay with, or are bringing more then 4 members and prefer to make alternate arrangements. Chapters will be invoiced for the hotel, and will pay the National Office. Each chapter is required to submit an accomodation request form (one per chapter) on GreekTrack to reserve a room, and request a room share with another chapter if applicable.

All rooms have two queen beds. The rate per night: $187.06 (including tax).

• Single chapter (2 - 4 members): $374.12 for Friday to Sunday
• Two chapters (2 - 4 members) $187. 06 for Friday to Sunday

METRO provides public transportation services to Greater Houston. The metro is adjacent to the hotel, and is an eight minute commute to campus.
